Sales Manager Key Account

Manage the assigned A-customers and manage the sales representative responsible for the assigned B- and C-customers. Responsible for the turnover and profitability of the allocated customers. The primary source of contact for assigned key accounts. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all activities directed toward the key account, while developing a better understanding of our customer needs in order to provide an exceptional customer service delivery. Manage any sales representatives associated with the sales portfolio. Responsible for managing the product throughout the product life cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
