As the first face clients see at Expand Health, your role goes far beyond a front desk. Youll be responsible for keeping our day-to-day running smoothly from managing bookings and client communication to ensuring the space reflects the calm, premium experience were known for.

- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments across wellness and medical teams, support walk-ins, and handle rescheduling with clarity and care.
- Client Communication: Own the phone, WhatsApp, and email inboxes keeping clients informed and reassured at every step.
- Front-of-House Presentation: Maintain a space that feels warm, calm, and well looked-after like a wellness experience should.
- Admin & Payment: Process invoices and payments, keep daily logs updated, and support with data entry and consent forms.
- Client Experience: Spot what people need before they ask from a glass of water to help finding the right service and make every visit feel considered and smooth.
