Description

HR is looking for a HR Operations Partner to to collaborate with the HR team to drive efficient operations and bring a level of broad functional expertise to our global business.

Key Responsibilities

As a HR Operations Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Global HR Operations:
    • Responsible for addressing system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and confidentiality
    • Ensures standard processes, timely data entry and, quick resolution of issues
    • Triages and responds to tier 2 level HR inquiries via shared inbox
    • Responsible for improving global HR Ops processes
    • Supports the benefits team
      • Including engaging with projects in the benefits/payroll space
    • Coordinates immigration cases with external counsel
  • Business Partnering
    • Collaborates with Business Partners and key stakeholders to implement and communicate new processes, procedures, and functionality globally
    • Consults with and train employees, managers and HRBP’s as a Workday operational SME
    • Provides HR decision support to the HRBP community
      • Focus on enablement of the PPP/HRBP community
  • Systems Support
    • Assists with a variety of operational/technical projects including foundational data setups & maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and the testing & implementation of system enhancements and new functionality
    • Actively participates in the ongoing redesign of HR Operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Data & Analytics
    • Responds to HR Data requests on an ad hoc basis by directing users to self-service solutions or by creating new reports as appropriate
    • Audits and maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data while troubleshooting irregularities
    • Supports data governance and SOX & ITGC compliance processes as needed
Essential Skills And Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and to positively influence the customer experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure issue prioritization, response and follow through
  • Exhibits outstanding judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive people data
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Able to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems
  • Thoroughly analyse information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision
  • BA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of previous HR Ops experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred
  • Hands on experience in HR Systems (experience in Workday preferred)
  • Experience in a technology industry is desirable
