We are seeking a skilled Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

In this position, you will be instrumental in generating a robust sales pipeline, qualifying high-potential leads, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert prospects into long-term, loyal customers. Your focus on delivering exceptional service and proactively targeting new business opportunities will be key to driving our continued expansion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SDR and outbound sales, strong organizational and

communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities


● Prospect & Qualify: Actively find and develop both inbound and outbound leads across small to medium businesses (SMBs), mid-market, and enterprise-level accounts.

● Pipeline Management: Use Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to carefully track every opportunity from the initial contact until it's handed off to the closing team.

● Solution-Focused Selling: Deliver engaging information and presentations that highlight how the company's solutions can transform businesses.

●Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with other departments as needed to ensure smooth processes and training.

●Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, maximizing their long-term value.

●Voice of the Customer: Share market insights, including competitive information, emerging needs, and feature requests, with the Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

● Experience: Sales Track Record- At least 2 years of experience in an SDR or similar role selling B2B or B2C.

● English Proficiency: C1+ level with exceptional written and verbal skills, capable of executive-level presentations and persuasive communication.

● Remote Selling Expertise: Proven success in engaging, convincing, and closing deals in a fully remote environment.

● CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, with a disciplined approach to data accuracy.

● Communication & Organization: Impeccable time management, diligent follow-up with leads and prospects, and strong cross-team coordination skills.

● Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry creation of lead profile after outreach.

● Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet sales targets.

● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

● Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

● Comfortable using and integrating with platforms like Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Monday slack and or similar.

●Familiar with sales pipelines and lead generation.


Shift Options:

Shift A: Monday –Friday, 9AM–5PM Central European Time (CET) – UTC+1 with a 1 hour break


After 30 days, you’ll receive a $50 Welcome Bonus

After 3 months, you’ll receive a $100 Appreciation Bonus

You’ll also gain access to 10 PTO days per year + your birthday off

We offer an annual guaranteed raise


Work hours: based on our clients needs the schedule is as listed 9am to 5pm Central European Time (CET)
