In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing high-converting video scripts, ad copy, and marketing content that drives customer engagement and sales. You’ll work closely with a creative team and be encouraged to test bold ideas, explore new angles, and continuously optimize for performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing high-converting video scripts, ad copy, and marketing content that drives customer engagement and sales. You’ll work closely with a creative team and be encouraged to test bold ideas, explore new angles, and continuously optimize for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, conversion-focused scripts (2-10 minutes) for Facebook and native video ads
- Develop persuasive copy for email campaigns, product pages, social media, and landing pages
- Create and test fresh creative angles and messaging strategies
- Use AI tools to support your writing process, brainstorm faster, and streamline drafts
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with brand goals
- Stay up to date with trends in the pet wellness space and direct response marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in direct response copywriting, ideally for e-commerce or supplements
- A strong portfolio that shows your ability to drive results with long- and short-form copy
- Experience writing advertorials or video scripts in the 3-10 minute range
- Familiarity with AI copy tools like ChatGPT or Jasper
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Previous experience writing in the pet, wellness, or supplement space
- Background in performance marketing, funnel strategy, or CRO
- Hands-on knowledge of ad platforms like Meta, Outbrain, or Taboola
