Part-time Insights Team Manager (7 Month Maternity Cover, 30 hours per week)
Join our team as a Part-time Insights Team Manager where you will lead a group of talented analysts, guide their career development, and ensure the team's high-quality performance. As part of the management team, you will contribute to optimizing workflows and developing educational initiatives. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will deliver valuable customer insights across various target market segments, platforms, and genres. We are seeking a people-oriented manager with exceptional soft skills and a proven track record of success.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team to manage schedules, budgets, and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling and rostering of team activities.
- Forecast and plan for capacity requirements to support business needs.
- Implement rigorous data quality control standards and methodologies to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to manpower planning, staffing decisions, and recruitment processes.
- Participate in leadership meetings to align goals and enhance communication.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide support and foster retention.
- Identify areas for skill development and create personalized training programs for team members.
- Cultivate a culture of growth, accountability, and performance management within the team.
- Champion the team's vision and values, leading by example and nurturing individual potential.
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Leadership modules.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, managing teams or leading large projects.
- Industry expertise in media insights/reporting & analytics, covering traditional or social media, media agencies & public relations, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SaaS-based media tech platforms and familiarity with media measurement KPIs.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and analysis methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Collaborative team player with a mature and self-starting attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
- The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
