About The Roll:
The Commercial Insights & Strategy Manager role will primarily involve developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies, identifying prospect cohorts for each portfolio entity and executing first phase outreach and responses before handing on to local commercial teams, or developing the opportunity with them and/or Y11 CCO. As such, the successful candidate will work with commercial teams across the full Y11 portfolio. You will work with a best-in-class lead generation platform and alongside our in-house marketing and creative team to tailor approaches across selected categories and for relevant assets/entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights
Analyse data and industry reports etc. to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to commercial sales targets. Utilize data to inform filtering and cohort creation within the CRED Platform
Commercial Lead Generation
Initiate first outreach to prospect cohorts from within the CRED platform
Create and execute relevant follow-up comms aimed at generating leads
Qualify leads and hand on to relevant portfolio entity commercial team
Commercial Strategy Development
Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies to optimize value propositions for identified prospects
Develop and maintain commercial frameworks and processes.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Keep across market research and gather own intelligence to identify opportunities for commercial sales targeting
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with entity commercial teams to align on commercial strategies and initiatives.
Present data-backed recommendations to CCO and other stakeholders.
Maintain commercial trackers to measure, evaluate and report progress against goals.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Provide management support to the CCO for key commercial workstreams and coordinate the efforts of entity commercial teams by working alongside team members
Provide direction and support to the entity commercial teams in developing their sales collateral and tailored value propositions in support of Y11’s commercial goals
Develop, maintain, and improve commercial frameworks and processes that help in streamlining our engagement with potential external partners

Perks & Incentives
Above your basic salary, there is a Bonus Commission that will be paid based on successful acquisition and retention of commercial revenue across the portfolio and subject to achieving agreed portfolio targets.
