Main purpose

As a Commercial Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business by supporting sales activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to commercial strategies. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

    Ensure profitable & sustainable retailer relationships, and new partner acquisitions are delivered according to the Company’s growth objectives Responsible for ensuring revenue targets and growth while effectively managing the associated expenses and risks Responsible for the overall strategy, management and performance of the assigned business units Ensure effective delivery of enterprise initiatives under direct accountability and working across other functional units to ensure these initiatives are executed Provide financial services leadership/partnership with new and existing partners with the goal of growing sales through viable and relevant credit products Monitoring of changes in market conditions and / or variances to plans with the active development, refinement and adjustment of merchant acquisition strategies Responsible for ensuring growth while effectively managing the associated expenses and risks Collaborate closely with counterparts within the Commercial areas to ensure the RCS brand is well presented in strategic locations, with integrity Ensure corporate governance and regulatory requirements are executed across the numerous programs, bearing in mind the associated BNP group requirements Provide strategic and best practice thought leadership in order to enhance competitive advantage Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable the company to meet its strategic objectives Develop and implement effective people plans, as well as leading direct reports and their teams to ensure optimal performance, engagement and succession

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field 3-5 years experience in commercial, sales or business development role Experience in retail / financial services
