Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the software development team, overseeing the entire product development process from inception to delivery.
• Establish and maintain processes and procedures to meet business goals, ensuring they align with Games Global documentation standards.
• Regularly review and update processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.
• Communicate and implement processes within the team and across stakeholders effectively.
• Seamlessly integrate team and department processes with broader companywide procedures.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring project deadlines and requirements are met.
• Ensure team members are equipped with the skills required for both current and future projects, driving continuous growth and development.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification (Diploma or Degree in Software Development or a related field).
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive a team towards achieving common goals.
• Strong communication and process management skills.
