Your day at NTT DATA

The Warehousing Administrator is a developing administrator role, required to ensure the proper handling and storage of materials and products in the warehouse.

The Warehousing Administrator performs their daily tasks under supervision of a Warehousing Manager or Team Lead.

Key responsibilities:

  • Executes the inbound, picking, packing and outbound processes within a warehouse.
  • Ensures that goods received and dispatched are authenticated and accurate records are processed.
  • Escalate any issues, problems or discrepancies to the relevant Warehouse Supervisors.
  • Keeps and maintains accurate records for archiving and retrieval.
  • Assists in warehouse inventory management including stock count processes.
  • Must be aware of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and adhere to company policies in this regard.
  • Performs any relevant task as requested by management.

  • Client service orientated.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery and related equipment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to follow instructions.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

  • High School Certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant Warehousing certification essential.
  • SAP, Oracle and SNI Knowledge (Advantageous).
  • 3 years experience in a warehousing environment.

Required experience:

  • Some experience gained in a similar role.
  • Some experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable.
