Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all banqueting and conference events

Liaise with clients to deliver tailored event solutions

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth event execution

Oversee event setup, room layouts, décor, and service delivery

Lead, manage, and roster a team of 10–30 staff

Monitor and manage operational equipment, beverage stock, and conference supplies

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism

Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards

Maintain accurate reports on events, staffing, and financials

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in banqueting and conference management within a high-volume hospitality environment

Proven track record in event or hospitality operations

Hospitality qualification is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership and team management abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

A guest-first mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
