Mission

The Senior Manager - AI Change & Skills Development plays a critical role in driving successful adoption and utilization of AI solutions across relevant Business functions and Opcos as applicable. The incumbent will ensure the AI solutions and platforms are seamlessly embedded in business processes enabling end users to leverage AI for enhanced productivity, efficiency and decision making

The role is responsible for identifying impacted end users, developing communication plans, end-user training to foster a culture of AI first. The role will also be monitoring AI adoption metrics and recommending strategies for enhancing utilization and effectiveness

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role driving AI awareness and advocacy by designing and delivering AI upskilling programs curated to the relevant AI solutions, ensuring robust feedback mechanisms by tracking AI utilization, addressing user concerns and continuously improving AI solutions
