The Role

To enable the vision, you will lead stock allocation and inventory optimisation to maximise sales, Gross Profit (GP) and reduce dilution.

• Own the execution of the merchandise strategy and seasonal plans for brand across all channels.
• Lead the team with a customer mindset and allocate the right stock, to the right place at the right time for the customer.
• Inspect Brand and channel results and take action to drive sales and protect profitability.
• Own the exit plan of all SKUs in the most profitable way to free up Open to Buy (OTB) and freshness for our customer.
• Provide volume forecasting and DC projections across all channels
• Partner with DC to maintain stock availability and manage efficient and effective inventory flow across all channels.
• Complete site visits, store visits and DC visits to validate stock levels and identify opportunities to optimise inventory and inspect against the plan.
• Present trade insights, data trends and make recommendations to influence product investment decisions with the brand.
• Attend brand milestones to align on the merchandise strategy and VM execution with an external and internal customer mindset.
• Collaborate daily with VM and Retail partners to execute a plan that delivers results.
