Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and data
- Conduct structured, skills-based interviews to assess technical fit
- Actively source and engage talent using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process
- Monitor key hiring metrics and recommend optimizations for efficiency and quality
- 2–3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house or agency setting
- Strong understanding of technical hiring needs across software engineering, data, and product teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones
- Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams
- A process-oriented mindset with a drive to improve and streamline recruiting workflows
