Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to understand business goals and requirements.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to elicit and clarify requirements.
- Contribute to the development of process models, workflows, and UML diagrams.
- Support the testing and quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Creation of training materials and user guide documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail orientated with effective organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and business analysis software.
