Managed People Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Facilitator and Assessor Consultant, based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality accredited learning programmes resulting in a positive learning experience for our learners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate engaging online (via MS Teams) and in-person training sessions tailored to the needs and objectives of different audiences.
  • Utilize various online tools and platforms to facilitate learning.
  • Create interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge sharing among participants.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their learning.
  • Conduct assessments and compile accurate, timely reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ relevant work experience in a Wholesale & Retail environment.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions or similar learning experiences.
  • Accredited assessor, registered with WRSETA (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
