Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Plumbing Supervisor who will provide technical support with regard to reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on the plumbing plant and equipment, within the service level requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
Plumbing Services Maintenance & Repairs
- Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Undertake Re-active Maintenance Tasks and Repairs
- Ensure that best Operating Practice are applied when undertaking Maintenance Tasks / Repairs.
- Manage Maintenance Material
- Evaluate Check Sheets on a daily basis.
- Supervision of Work Teams and Sub-Contractors
- Perform Risk Assessments
- Assist in keeping workplace tidy and presentable.
- Quality Control of all maintenance activities
Management of work:
- Conduct weekly maintenance planning sessions
- Do Investigations into plant performance
- Manage day to day work activities and planning
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Inspect work of subcontractors and sign off.
- Mentoring of direct reports
ISO 9001; 14001 & 18001 – Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Standards
- Adhere to the TFS’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
Ad Hoc
- Any reasonable action requested by management.
Skills and Competencies
- Good Knowledge Building plumbing and infrastructure maintenance.
- Good knowledge of planned maintenance systems.
- Help Desk interface with Technical work environment
- Incident / Accident Investigations
- OHS Act Requirements
- Environmental Act Requirements
- National Building Regulations specific to Plumbing installations
- Labour Relations
- Risk Assessments
- Report writing
- Knowledge of tools and materials used in the assigned area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- N2 Plumbing
- Trade Test
- 5year experience
