Role requirements:
A property-related qualification is advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in commercial and/or industrial property
Genuine passion for the industry
Strong client service orientation and negotiation skills
Professional communication abilities
Excellent networking skills
Solid understanding of market trends and sales/marketing strategies
Previous experience in a leadership role
