Sales Execution

Promote and sell medical device products to healthcare professionals and hospitals within an assigned territory.

Meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base within a defined region or market segment.

Plan schedule to ensure all planned cases are attended.

Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales leads and opportunities.

Product Demonstration

Demonstrate medical device products to healthcare professionals, showcasing their features, benefits, and proper usage.

Provide in-depth product information and respond to technical questions from customers.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products to decision-makers.

Stay updated with the relevant medical device technologies and innovations.

Stay updated with relevant medical device training, product or procedural training and compliance.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, assisting them with product orders, queries, and feedback.

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Visit clients to help build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices, strategies, and customer insights.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, assisting with queries, orders and feedback.

Market Analysis, Compliance and Reporting

Conduct basic market research to identify new potential customers and trends in the medical device industry.

Track sales performance, forecast future sales, and report progress to management.

Ensure all administration is up to date e.g. CRM (bookings, cases, stock, and mileage logs).

Ensure that all sales activities follow healthcare industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Qualification:
Essential: BSC Human Movement or relevant

Experience:
Essential: 1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales Rep position.

Advantageous: Experience with CRM software and tracking tools advantageous.

Valid driver’s License / Clear background checks

Product Knowledge - Understanding of medical device products, their features, applications, and benefits.

Communication Skills - Effective verbal and written communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Presentation Skills - Ability to effectively present products to clients, including demonstrations and educational sessions.

Team Collaboration - Ability to work effectively within a sales team and with other departments.
