Sales Strategy Planning

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and goals.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion and growth in the MedTech industry.

Create and implement sales plans and initiatives that increase market penetration and drive revenue growth across different regions.

Budget & Financial Management:
Manage the regional sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and sales performance.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to meet sales targets while ensuring profitability.

Implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and market conditions.

Sales Performance & Reporting:
Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and retention.

Develop and manage sales forecasts, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership regarding sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Ensure effective use of CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders in the MedTech field.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the client base.

Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market & Product Knowledge

Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and regulatory aspects.

Provide technical guidance to sales representatives as needed, particularly in complex or technical sales situations.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a clear and consistent product messaging strategy.

Coordinate with regional sales managers and teams to ensure a unified approach and consistent sales process regionally.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to enhance team effectiveness and performance.

Monitor the performance of sales managers, evaluate results, and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals.

Qualification:
Post graduate qualification in business administration or related.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years’ related experience managing a division in a similar environment.

At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership or senior management role.

Proven track record in managing and growing a business unit, including experience with P&L responsibility, sales, operations, and team leadership

Occasional travelling / Valid driver’s License
