Manager – Performance Improvement.Commercial Operations

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job

• To drive Sales growth and Operational excellence
• To provide input into and execute on short term strategies/ plans to

improve dealer environment and the store experience (addressing
non performing dealers and stores)

• Work alongside Dealer Sales and account management to

coordinate and execute on new dealer set up

• To work cross functionally and partner with operations and sales,

and where required, channel expansion to implement short-term
channel optimization initiatives within channels ensuring ongoing
current channel and store transformation
