Housekeeper - Columbine Warehouse, Durban North

Winning Form has an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeper to be based in Columbine Warehouse, Durban North. The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Housekeeping Experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen area (daily)
• Clean microwave and keep fridge tidy (daily)
• Ensure adequate kitchen supplies are available (tea, coffee, milk, etc) (Inform Supervisor)
• Clean and sanitize toilets (daily)
• Wipe toilet walls (weekly)
• Mop office area floors (twice weekly)
• Dust and clean employee desks (twice weekly)
• Ensure adequate sanitary cleaning supplies are available (Inform supervisor)
• Empty out indoor bins (daily)
• Ensure outdoor bins are ready for garbage pickup on relevant day
• Wipe all glass doors and windows (weekly)
• Wipe and check all fire extinguishers and hoses (weekly)
• Wipe all light switches (weekly)
• Weed warehouse yard and keep tidy (every second week)
• Check for burnt globes, aircons working (Ad-hoc)
• Other general housekeeping

Skills and competencies:

• Time Management.
• Optimal use of time to ensure maximum output and delivery as per required timeframes.
• Prioritize and anticipate timeframes.
• Identify possible delays in advance and plan accordingly.
