Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide admin support to team members
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Assist with the organization of special events or projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
