MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural or Horticulture qualification.
• Proven Avocado and Macadamia Farm management experience essential.
• Min of 5 years on-farm experience.
• Nursery experience.
• Proficient in English. (Afrikaans and Northern Sotho, Sepedi or Tsonga would be beneficial).
• Maintenance skills: Vehicles, Fencing, equipment, building.
• Computer literate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management skills.
• Budget management.
• People skills.
