Seeking an administrative clerk and PA for a private psychiatric clinic based in Berea, Durban to start immediately.
Duties include the following, but not limited to:
Answering patient questions, providing information, taking and processing files and addressing complaints.
Answering phone calls and calling patients and Doctors rooms to follow up on appointments.
Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
Managing office inventory and working with patients and the Bureau to ensure administration is processed.
Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the Doctors and the patients, including the Medical Aids.
Accurately document patient information, including medical records, treatments and ensuring patient confidentiality.
The Ability to reconcile the Doctors schedule to the billing software to confirm accuracy.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Computer Literacy Certificate
Additional Qualifications in relation to Administration is advantageous
Proficiency in computer software - MS Office, document management, and database software
Proficiency in using all types of office equipment
Strong networking and communication skills
The ability to interact productively with superiors and peers
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Salary: Market related, depending on experience.
Working hours are from 07h00 am until 16h00 pm, Monday to Friday.
