Join Us as a Senior Product Manager!

In this role, you'll plan, develop, and execute RIB BIM 6D modules while providing valuable user and customer insights. You'll develop and implement strategic product plans and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial as you lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define core product vision, strategy, and goals
  • Ensure strategy execution and desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate opportunities, prioritize development, and justify investments
  • Support strategic planning, including business cases, pricing, go-to-market plans, and product development

People

  • Supervise and mentor team members
  • Ensure team members understand the product vision and have the skills to succeed
  • Deploy and ensure adherence to strategy
  • Coordinate with the team on product roadmaps
  • Foster a positive working culture and growth environment

Market and Product Expertise

  • Be an expert in products, industry, competitors, and customer needs
  • Capture customer voice, identify pain points, and specify market requirements
  • Engage with customers and experts for feedback and ensure product suitability
  • Communicate market data and manage stakeholder feedback
  • Identify and size new opportunities in geographies, segments, partners, and integrations

Product Definition, Collaboration and Execution

  • Oversee RIB BIM 6D product/modules throughout the PLM process
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmaps and documentation
  • Execute product roadmaps, manage timelines, and address deviations
  • Ensure products meet customer needs and align with direction
  • Define KPIs and set targets for products/releases
  • Plan releases and ensure readiness before launch

Measure, Report, and Improve

  • Audit product release results against targets
  • Summarize and communicate market data, financial performance, and feedback
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience
  • Identify areas for further improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering successful commercial software products
  • 5+ years in agile development as a product manager, product owner, or similar role
  • Experience analyzing customer workflows and documenting requirements for large software products
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and passion
  • Ability to identify opportunities, risks, and propose solutions for improvements
  • Skilled in solving complex problems with sound judgment and data-informed narratives
  • Exceptional communicator in English, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Experience in leading and growing a team of product professionals

Desired Skills And Competencies

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry, especially knowledge of and/or experience in construction cost estimating, quantity surveying, or project management.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and/or experience and understanding of UX and UI Design.
  • International experience (e.g. working abroad or managing with teams based in other regions/countries).
