Ensure effective administration across divisional operations by minimizing risk, improving compliance, and supporting operational KPIs.


  • Qualifications: Matric (NQF Level 5 or equivalent advantageous)
    2 – 3 years’ experience in operations administration within retail
    Skills in financial planning, budgeting, retail market awareness, and basic labour legislation
    Strong analytical and computer literacy skills
    Intermediate to advance excel skills
    Understanding of retail operations, brand, and customer focus

    Responsibilities: Analyze financial reports to identify profit opportunities and recommend actions. Support implementation of account and club strategies. Lead and develop Ops Admin Coordinators to align with operational goals. Train Ops Management on admin systems and policies. Drive talent development, performance management, and succession planning. Conduct compliance reviews and collaborate with Internal Audit. Monitor stock loss, hanger counts, and supervised counts to reduce risk. Authorize staffing plans and service provider quotations to improve cost efficiency. Assist in developing and communicating the Operations strategy
  • Support Real Estate portfolio management including feasibility reports for new or revised store locations.
