We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter with a focus on filling creative, administrative, and strategic roles across our growing organization. You’ll play a central role in identifying and placing the right people in high-impact positions—from marketing specialists to executive assistants and beyond. What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruitment for creative, admin, and cross-functional business roles
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a stellar hiring experience
  • Write engaging job descriptions and post across relevant platforms
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring managers
  • Track and optimize candidate flow using ATS and recruiting dashboards

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience across multiple functions
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills for candidate and stakeholder communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple open roles at once
  • Proficiency with remote hiring tools and platforms
  • Comfort working EST or PST hours in a remote-first environment
