Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techxpert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert technical support and solutions to clients, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide training and guidance to junior team members. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Monitor and manage system performance, security, and backups.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members and clients.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
• Experience with Microsoft and/or Linux operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
