THIS MISSION
The focus of this job is to provide administrative support to the HR and Impact Sourcing function, within Foundever Cape Town.
About The Job Holder
The job holder will need to have the ability to effectively communicate in person as well as via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high-quality, and very importantly, in a timely manner.
They Will Be Able To Demonstrate
Relationships: Strong relationship and collaboration skills Expertise: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in HR or Recruitment Communication Skills: Interpersonal skills
Ability: Excellent numeric and verbal skills, and highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Critical Thinking: Effective problem-solving skills Background: A clear criminal and credit history Education: Minimum Grade 12
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(but Not Limited To)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Benefits: Medical Insurance and pension
Contract Type: Permanent, 40 hours (full time)
Working Pattern: 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Rotational Schedule for Public Holiday representation
Location: Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town (on-site)
