As the Paid Media Specialist at Wamly, you’ll take the lead in shaping our digital advertising strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-impact ads that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. Requirements
Minimum education (essential):
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum applicable experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a results-driven environment
Required nature of experience:
• Managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Working with cross-functional marketing teams to execute digital strategies
• Performance analysis and reporting
• B2B marketing experience (preferred)
Skills and Knowledge (essential):
• Google Ads
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Conversion tracking and attribution
• CRM integration
• A/B testing and performance optimisation
• Budget and bid management
• Campaign performance reporting
Skills and Knowledge (desirable):
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hotjar, or Segment
• Prior experience in a digital agency environment
• Understanding of SEO and how paid and organic channels support each other
Other:
• Must be able to work from our office based in Irene, Centurion, 3 days a week
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement multi-channel paid media strategies that align with business goals
• Create compelling ad messaging in collaboration with design and content teams
• Set up, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets to maximise ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and user engagement
• Implement accurate conversion tracking and attribution models
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to support broader demand generation strategies
• Align paid campaigns with nurture workflows and stages in the customer journey
• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in paid media
