As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll be a critical part of our growth team—owning the top of the sales funnel, prospecting new business, and qualifying leads that fuel long-term revenue.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s proactive, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll work closely with account executives and marketing to optimize outreach, experiment with new tactics, and lay the foundation for scalable customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do
- Launch and manage outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings
- Use tools like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize outreach
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates
- Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting
- Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Gong, HubSpot)
- Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration
