What You'll Do
- Turn complexity into clarity through stunning UI and thoughtful interaction design.
- Lead user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that feel as good as they look.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, developers, and product owners — you're not just taking a brief, you're shaping it.
- Bring originality to visual design: from layout to iconography, animation to typography.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and performance insights.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing for digital products and platforms.
- An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates both your visual storytelling and your design logic.
- Mastery of Figma or equivalent tools — with strong attention to systems, grids, and hierarchy.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Ability to manage your own time, take initiative, and collaborate in a remote team.
- A genuine love of design, craft, and pushing the visual bar.
- Exposure to emerging tech industries (FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, etc.).
- Comfort with animation/microinteraction design or visual storytelling techniques.
- A personal design philosophy — we’d love to know what guides your eye and approach.
