Job Description

We're hiring a Coordinator in a hybrid role based at our office in Technopark, Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational activities related to our certification processes.
  • Ensure that the client registrations are completed.
  • Compile quotes and invoices and submit to clients.
  • Process audit documents received from auditors within the strict timelines.
  • Manage the central inbox.
  • Effectively communicate with other key functions in the team to ensure a smooth process.
  • Provide clients with clear and timely feedback.
  • Compile weekly reports.
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Post-Matric business or customer service qualification.
  • Prior customer service and administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Reliable transport and ability to work from Stellenbosch office three times a week. We're only considering candidates within a 40km radius of Stellenbosch.
  • We're looking for a self-disciplined team player who gets things done.
