What You'll Be Doing
Define & Build
5+ years' experience in system integration and end-to-end software testing
Experience testing distributed and SaaS-based systems
Comfortable balancing manual and automated testing
Fluent with MS DevOps, Agile/Scrum processes, and defect management
Experience with web, mobile, and API testing
CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks: highly desirable
ISTQB Advanced Level certification (or equivalent)
Strong communicator who works proactively across multiple teams

What You'll Be Doing
Define & Build
- Develop the testing framework, protocols, and documentation standards for modern SaaS and distributed architectures.
- Translate product visions into comprehensive test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and the BAU team to embed quality from concept to release.
- Influence how the organisation views and manages software quality.
- Execute manual and automated tests across multiple systems, ensuring full test coverage.
- Use MS DevOps for test management, defect tracking, reporting and metrics.
- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retros, reviews).
- Provide detailed reporting on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in test automation, performance, load, and integration testing.
