eCommerce Content Coordinator - Old Khaki

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven eCommerce Content Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of our website content. You’ll be responsible for planning, briefing, executing & maintaining content across the full customer journey, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand standards & SEO best practices.
This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and engaging online experience that drives performance, conversion & customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Website Content Planning
- Manage and maintain a dynamic content calendar that reflects all campaigns & business priorities
- Identify opportunities to enhance the site experience with relevant and timely content
- Support the end-to-end content briefing process, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Update homepages, landing pages & promotional spaces in line with campaign plans
- Ensure content is brand-aligned, customer-focused & optimized for SEO Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate content updates
- Cross-Channel & Business Alignment
- Align website content with merchandising, marketing & promotional strategies
- Coordinate messaging across email, social, and paid media for a consistent brand experience
- Partner with key stakeholders to support product launches, seasonal campaigns & key trading moments Use data and customer insights to refine messaging and prioritise updates
- Website Optimisation
- Monitor performance and user behaviour to continuously enhance the website experience
- Apply SEO best practices across content updates and landing pages
- Conduct competitor research and share insights to stay ahead of industry trends Explore and test new tools and innovations to drive engagement and efficiency
- Back-End Maintenance & Issue Management
- Maintain back-end systems (Amplience, SFCC) with consistent naming conventions and clear content structure
- Proactively identify and resolve issues such as broken links, redirect errors, or load-time challenges
- Escalate site issues appropriately to IT or Customer Service, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct regular audits and clean-ups to ensure a smooth and error-free customer journey

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar eCommerce or digital content role
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferably in digital media, eCommerce, or a related field)
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing principles
- Strong understanding of UX principles and website content strategy
