Purpose of the role:
Purpose of this role is to support reception, incoming calls and walk in customers. To handle filing and coordination of the meeting rooms. To offer the upmost professionalism in all aspects of this role
Responsibilities:
  • Direct all ASSA ABLOY phone calls to the correct departments
  • Assist with directing walk in customer queries, to the correct departments
  • Scanning and filing of all ASSA ABLOY customer orders and other documents
  • Organising and maintaining the meeting room calendar and meeting refreshments
  • Make sure that all parcels delivered to and leaving the reception area are dealt with correctly and get delivered to the correct department.
  • To provide excellent customer service.
  • Email-to-order tracking on the central incoming lines.
  • Logging and monitoring of customer collections for the customer service dept.
  • Linking invoices on TBC portal. (3 days)
  • Raising RMA’s and RMA investigations.
  • Assisting with order capture overflow

Professional Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary qualification
  • Matric

Experience
  • At least two years related experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reception background and switchboard is an advantage
