Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer accounts and support operations? We’re looking for a Customer Accounts & Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing financial transactions, customer support systems, and key document processes
Key Responsibilities
Customer Accounts – Xero
- Review and reconcile daily sales and receipt transactions
- Manage bill runs and ensure data accuracy prior to imports
- Coordinate billing files with branch Finance teams
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
- Support both NCE and Legacy billing models
Customer Support – Freshdesk
- Maintain and configure Freshdesk fields and settings
- Allocate support tickets to the appropriate teams
- Process manual orders when required
Document Management – SharePoint
- Maintain customer folders and ensure up-to-date content
- Track and manage daily unbilled items
- File and update customer data within FGTG Analytics
Rebates & Incentives
- Provide support with allocation and tracking of rebate/incentive processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
- Experience using Freshdesk (or other support platforms)
- Confident working with SharePoint and structured document systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Finance or Equivalent NQF Level 5 Qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (accounts administration, billing or customer support)
- Working knowledge of Xero or equivalent accounting software (advantageos)
- Experience using customer service platforms (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Comfortable working with SharePoint or similar document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
