Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer accounts and support operations? We’re looking for a Customer Accounts & Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing financial transactions, customer support systems, and key document processes


Key Responsibilities

Customer Accounts – Xero

  • Review and reconcile daily sales and receipt transactions
  • Manage bill runs and ensure data accuracy prior to imports
  • Coordinate billing files with branch Finance teams
  • Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Support both NCE and Legacy billing models

Customer Support – Freshdesk

  • Maintain and configure Freshdesk fields and settings
  • Allocate support tickets to the appropriate teams
  • Process manual orders when required

Document Management – SharePoint

  • Maintain customer folders and ensure up-to-date content
  • Track and manage daily unbilled items
  • File and update customer data within FGTG Analytics

Rebates & Incentives

  • Provide support with allocation and tracking of rebate/incentive processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Experience using Freshdesk (or other support platforms)
  • Confident working with SharePoint and structured document systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance or Equivalent NQF Level 5 Qualification
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (accounts administration, billing or customer support)
  • Working knowledge of Xero or equivalent accounting software (advantageos)
  • Experience using customer service platforms (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Comfortable working with SharePoint or similar document management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
