The Core Banking Technology incorporating Pricing, Cheques, Savings, Personal Loans division within Everyday Banking is looking for a Cobol Developer with a Minimum 5-years mainframe application knowledge, solid analytical thinking trouble shooting and business writing skills. This role includes 24/7 Standby responsibilities

The successful incumbent will Support the Personal Loans and should possess the following knowledge and experience:
Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology

Job Description
The successful incumbent will Support the Personal Loans and should possess the following knowledge and experience:
- Apply critical thinking to contribute to all phases of quick problem solving and business request handling.
- Apply critical thinking to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle & quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code to deliver high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Tune, enhance and maintain existing processes.
- Cobol Programmer, at least 5 years' experience
- JCL skills required, at least 5 years' experience
- Experience in IMS Databases, TSO/ISPF, REST API, ISPW, Topaz is required. Easytrieve will be an added advantage
