Were on the lookout for a proactive and highly organized Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is a vital part of our operations, providing hands-on administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of our logistics processes.

You'll work closely with the Logistics Manager to track shipments, resolve shipping issues, generate reports, and help manage both in-house and field inventory. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the glue that keeps logistics running seamlessly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Logistics Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist in resolving logistics and shipping issues
  • Pull and analyze reports related to stock levels and movement
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records


Skills & Qualifications

  • Matric certificate
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in administration, sales, logistics, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus
