Our client is looking for a results-driven New Business Development Managerto help them expand their corporate client base and drive revenue growth.

Non-negotiable Requirements

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

  • Qualification & proven experience: – A relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, key account management, or B2B sales.
  • Corporate sales & deal-making expertise – Proven experience in tailoring solutions for corporate clients, engaging with executive-level stakeholders, structuring contracts, and closing high-value deals. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver compelling pitches and business proposals.
  • CRM & sales tools proficiency – Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office for managing sales pipelines, reporting, and client communications.
  • Mobility requirement– A valid driver's license and the ability to travel.

Highly Beneficial If You Also Have

  • An established network of corporate clients.
  • Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, travel industry, or similar is preferred.

Duties Will Include

Business growth & corporate client acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients
  • Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, travel management companies, and large enterprises.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients, focusing on cost efficiency and operational benefits.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Market research & competitive strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential corporate clients and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the pricing strategies and packages that remain competitive in the market.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and differentiate our services through value-added solutions.

Client relationship management

  • Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships to increase customer retention and renewal rates.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess fleet performance, cost savings, and service improvements.

Proposal, negotiation & contract management

  • Prepare customized business proposals tailored to corporate needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to increase the book of business and maximize profitability.

Collaboration with internal teams

  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure vehicle availability, optimal fleet utilization, and to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for corporate clients.
  • Provide insights to the procurement team regarding fleet expansion based on corporate demand.

Performance monitoring & reporting

  • Track sales performance, contract renewals, and fleet utilization.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities and market insights.
  • Continuously assess performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
