What We’re Looking For
Essential skills and attributes:
- A+ communicator, your words are clear, concise, and confident
- Comfortable and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Meticulous and analytical, with a hawk-eye for detail
- Self-motivated and resilient, deadlines don’t scare you
- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Pro at reconciling and interpreting numbers with insight
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Excel wizard, you know your way around formulas and functions
- Bonus points for IFRS financial statement drafting experience
- A completed BCom degree (or equivalent in Accounting/Finance)
- SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
- Costing/management accounting experience? Even better!
- Be prepared for a digital interview or in person interviews
