Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager for a company based in Roodepoort (West Rand)

Minimum Of 6 Years' Experience Required.

Degree would be an advantage:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support business partners’ staffing needs.
  • Manage and ensure that all new employees are introduced to the business and understand company policies & procedures.
  • Design and implement relevant human resources Policies and Procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Implement, manage and maintain the Human Resources Information Management system.
  • Guide and assist the business with day-to-day performance-related matters.
  • Oversee and ensure that all industrial relations related matters are effectively managed to minimize risk.
  • Maintain compliance and ensure that all statutory requirements are met and timeous submission of relevant

reports.

  • Effectively manage HR Administration
  • Facilitate a culture where people can grow, be innovative and ensure top performance thus adding value to

the business through its people.

  • Maintains compliance with all statutory and legislative local employment laws and regulations and

recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Talent management including:

  • Workforce planning which include Job grading, Job descriptions and workforce budgets
  • Recruitment (Full process from advertising; screening, interviewing, conducting background checks, recommendations to line managers and on boarding)
  • Manage external recruitment partners (such services are only utilized as a last resort, dependent on workload and job spec)
  • Skills analysis and audits
  • Performance planning and management
  • Management and improvement of the talent management strategy
  • Employee benefits; remuneration; reward programmes and succession planning with best practice principles
  • Manage external recruitment partners.
  • Facilitate promotions, bonuses and increase processes.
  • Employment Equity project leader, complete monthly reports, presents reports to the training and

employment equity committee.

  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative requirements

HR Strategy

  • Implement the Human Capital strategy in line with the Company’s business strategy and strategic goals.
  • Implement the Company’s diversity and inclusion efforts from a transformation and gender equality

perspective, and as part of the Company’s B-BBEE strategy.

Reporting

  • Update and submit the monthly HC report for EXCO and Manco.
  • Report on employee stats on all business reports including annual/ monthly Intergraded reports.
  • Monitor and consolidate information on general HR trends within the organization
