We’re looking for a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to drive operational excellence across our high-volume recruitment efforts. This is your opportunity to step into a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment where structure meets scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings for fit and communication
  • Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) clean, updated, and audit-ready
  • Draft and publish job posts across channels
  • Manage all candidate communications with professionalism and care
  • Track hiring activity and surface process improvements
  • Support recruiters in hitting key hiring milestones

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in recruiting coordination or HR operations
  • Experience working in high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management across competing priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and ATS platforms
  • Remote availability aligned with PST or EST hours
