Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales & Value Workshops (25-30 calls/week): Use your Food & Beverage industry knowledge to provide valuable insights and ideas that empower our sales teams and drive client interactions forward.
  • Prepare Sales & Educational Materials: Develop industry-specific content, including presentations, reports, and data-driven insights, to equip sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Coach & Guide Sales Teams: Provide training and ongoing support to account executives and managers on key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to elevate their client conversations.
  • Participate in Customer Calls (as needed): Join select customer calls or meetings when your expertise can lend credibility, build trust, and help close deals.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience working in the Food & Beverage industry is essential. You should be well-versed in industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Sales Support: While not always meeting with clients directly, you should be able to provide actionable ideas that strengthen the sales process and enhance client interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills are a must, as you’ll be preparing materials, leading workshops, and coaching teams.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You’ll be working closely with sales teams, so the ability to collaborate and guide others effectively is key.
