We're seeking a Recruitment Coordinator with a passion for logistics and candidate care. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our high-volume hiring efforts seamless, fast-paced, and human-centered.

What You’ll Handle:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Conduct first-round phone or video screenings
  • Maintain and organize our ATS (Recruiterflow) for clean data and easy tracking
  • Own candidate communications, from interview logistics to professional rejections
  • Support job postings and application intake
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes
  • Recommend improvements for interview workflows and templates

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume hiring
  • Stellar communication—clear, professional, and people-first
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail
  • Confidence with Google Workspace, Slack, and applicant tracking systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Availability to work remotely in PST or EST time zones
