What You’ll Do:
- Handle all phases of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to close
- Qualify leads and develop outbound strategies to grow the pipeline
- Run discovery and strategy calls with potential franchisees
- Present the value of the franchise opportunity clearly and persuasively
- Maintain accurate records and next steps in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Offer feedback on trends, objections, and competitor activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team-wide sales goals
- Act as a mentor to newer reps, offering guidance and support
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle sales (franchise, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus)
- History of closing deals with small business owners, operators, or high-intent consumers
- A consultative, value-first approach to selling
- Comfort managing a structured, high-velocity sales funnel
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivation and focus in a remote, EST-aligned environment
