Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements
Must have a Master's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager.
Must have 15+ years of experience in engineering and project management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Must have strong knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, project delivery and management.
Must have experience in financial acumen, budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control.
Must have a track record of managing revenue targets and achieving financial performance objectives.
