Swindon Property is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Real Estate Broker \ Transaction Manager to join our occupier service team. The ideal candidate will facilitate real estate transactions for our corporate clients, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions, investment sales, and disposals. A deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex transactions from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Business development:

Drive company growth by identifying new opportunities through active canvassing, building client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Client Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand their real estate needs, goals, and constraints to deliver tailored, strategic solutions.

Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify properties, trends, and opportunities. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and economic influences.

Transaction Management

Oversee the full transaction process including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and disposals. Coordinate with legal, financial, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely completions.

Property Evaluation

Assess properties based on location, size, amenities, and pricing. Deliver detailed property reports and professional recommendations to clients.

Negotiation

Secure favorable lease terms, purchase prices, and contracts on behalf of clients. Advocate for their interests while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.

Client Representation

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the transaction lifecycle. Keep clients well-informed of progress, developments, and any issues that arise.

Relationship Management

Build and sustain relationships with landlords, developers, property owners, and other industry professionals to expand networks and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate real estate brokerage and transaction management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (where applicable) and membership in relevant professional associations preferred.
