Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for seamlessly scheduling and monitoring social media content? Clockwork is seeking a detail-oriented Community Manager to join a large global client. This full-time position requires someone who can monitor, engage, and support a thriving gaming community.


Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Support:

  • Source and manage all creative assets in the DAM portal.
  • Schedule all content on Sprinklr.
  • Monitor sentiment and trends within the community and provide regular feedback to the relevant lead.

Event & Campaign Support:

  • Ensure all always-on, event and campaign content goes live.
  • Provide the paid media team with live links as and when necessary.
  • Work closely with the project managers to amplify campaigns within the local community.

Crisis & Comment Management:

  • Assist the social media managers with community management where needed.
  • Monitor and flag sensitive community issues with diplomacy and brand integrity.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • 1+ year of experience in community management, or social media management.
  • Experience using social listening & management tools, specifically Sprinklr.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of gaming culture.
